It's been a month since I ordered 5 samples and I still haven't received anything, you can imagine that my rating for you is 0 on everything. And not a single email to let me know where my order is. Package completely ripped open. Fortunately, the merchandise was intact. The packaging is unacceptable. The merchandise was expensive (+100€). The product and the site are impeccable... however, the delivery was a real disaster... I was supposed to receive it at my home for a week and on 3 occasions I was given appointments to deliver the package, these appointments were postponed every day to finally deliver it without my consent to a store I never chose 8 km from my home... no identity verification or signature.
