0 for me, very happy usually but I still don't have my order :( I was offered delivery on Thursday the 21st or Friday the 22nd. I suggested the 21st and was told it was impossible and I still have nothing.

Package arrived on time, properly packaged. The fabric I ordered arrived folded and not in a roll as indicated on the website. However, for the use I will make of it, this is not a problem. I also ordered a burgundy lycra, which is actually red. Otherwise, the products are of good quality and the delivery is fast. Good site on which I order regularly.

Overall satisfied. One downside though, but not very serious: I ordered 30m of ribbons and it arrived in a ball, all wrinkled. It should have been rolled up.

Really a shame that there are no samples available for the ribbons, as it's difficult to assess the right color online, so a bit disappointed. When it comes to delivery, I had informed you at the time of ordering that I was absent all of last week... you did not take that into account... I only had one day left to pick it up.

Fabrics delivered on a roll because I ordered coated cotton and faux leather, so no creases, however the pieces are not cut straight so the extra 5 cm is not a luxury since they will go in the trash to correct the gap, too bad.
