we had agreed by phone on a delivery of the product on a roll and specified in the order. This was not the case. However, I am very satisfied with the product which corresponds well to what I wanted.

Hello, we are sorry but your product which is sold by the meter is not packaged on a roll. However, we already sell rolls of this product and you need to order one to obtain roll-type packaging. Moreover, this fabric is wrinkle-free and therefore does not have crease marks when we send it folded. We thank you for your understanding.
