There was an issue with a promotional code that did not apply to all items included in the offer. I sent an email and they responded very quickly offering either a credit or a refund. The refund was made within the week. Really perfect.

professional! Someone contacted me after my order to inform me that the shades (colors) of the chosen fabric were darker than on the computer screen. Since it needs to be matched with another solid fabric, the person asked me for an additional delay to refine during the next roll print, in order to harmonize the shades.... This is a real service, a professional.
