Your package was shipped on 12/01 and was available on 14/01 at the relay point of your choice. Colissimo sent you an email on 14/01 to notify you, then a reminder on 16/01. Since you did not pick up your package, Colissimo returned it to the sender on 19/01.

We received your message on 28/01 and processed the refund for your order on 02/02.
