The faux leather received is not the same shade I was hoping for. I had previously requested color samples to be sure of the shade and upon delivery, the shade of the fabric was not as expected. I requested a free return, which was refused... I am very disappointed with the after-sales service of Tissu Price... not even a commercial gesture....

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello,
We understand your disappointment and are sincerely sorry that the shade of the faux leather received does not meet your expectations.
However, we would like to clarify that the color sample you are referring to is several years old. Since then, our supplier of this faux leather has changed, which implies possible variations in shade despite a similar name. As a result, the sample in your possession could unfortunately no longer match exactly the product currently marketed.
This information explains why the delivered shade differs from the expected one and does not allow us to consider this as a non-conformity of the product. That is why we are unable to offer a free return.
We remain attentive to your satisfaction and invite you, for future orders, to request recent samples to ensure the exact shade of the products on sale.
Best regards,
Tissu Price customer service

Every time I buy fabric from you, I am not disappointed, I first request fabric samples, as it is easier to see than on a computer screen. For me, everything is fine today, thank you

Order well received, just a little disappointed with the color of the Christmas crackers which lack brightness a bit dull. I would have liked a true red and a deeper fir green. Overall very satisfied.
