The printing machine on cotton unfortunately had a breakdown. But I received a call to inform me and offer to send part of my order that was already available (but it wasn't urgent). I thank them for their call, as it must not have been an easy day. And once the breakdown was resolved, my package arrived quickly.

Product quality meets my expectations and competitive price, however the delivery conditions are not respected by the dpd carrier. After sending a confirmation email of the date and time slot for delivery 24 hours in advance, for which we organize to receive the package, dpd sends an email canceling the delivery on the scheduled day while someone was mobilized at the address.
