Very good service overall... The only small regret during my first order is that at the time of payment, the fabric of my choice was available in the desired quantity and later I was called to inform me that it was not.

Regarding the ordering process, the service seemed perfect to me. The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of choice in the classic fabrics. I have actually recommended your site.

The site is heavy, finding products is not necessarily simple. Perhaps another presentation would be easier for browsing, choosing, and ordering. Nevertheless, your seriousness is pleasant, moreover it is.

Adjust the shipping costs to be closer to what is shipped (too expensive for sending ribbons).

Very very convenient. Especially the sending of samples. Very well-designed site. However, consider a systematic call before delivery. The delivery person did not call, not finding the address we lost two days.

Always satisfied with the service, fast and of good quality. The fabrics are of good quality for a more than reasonable price, personally I almost exclusively order from you for my creations and recommend you to others.

Orders are easy to place, fast delivery.. Only downside: you cannot order in centimeters, for example, if I need 3m20 of fabric I have to order 4m00.

I have been ordering from you for a very long time. Very good value for money. However, sometimes the fabrics have defects but you can't ask for too much. Otherwise, since I started ordering, I haven't had any good returns.
