The delivery person did not deliver the products on time. The delivery was postponed every day (for no reason) and took 5 days! Fortunately, the customer service of tissus-price (very pleasant and competent) did what was necessary. Their products perfectly match my order and are of good quality. So I recommend them!

The scuba is not as described, I had called customer service beforehand, who confirmed to me that it was thick and held like neoprene. But it is thin and soft. Moreover, the print is of poor quality with white spots everywhere. I sent photos to protest, no response. Very dissatisfied.

problem with the delivery service, nothing to do with you, it's the carrier ... however I congratulate you, because as soon as I called you to tell you that my package had been stuck for 3 days with DPD, you did what was necessary and they delivered it to me the same evening of my call at 7 PM. well done!

mediocre quality product, looked better on screen than in reality. example: printed fabric: large white band on the entire ordered piece, it seems to be a white fabric printed on demand over the ordered distance. many folds were present during printing so when we iron for sewing we find large white spots in the middle of the fabric it ruins it

Delivery person's call at the apartment door. Asks for the code. We open the entrance door signaling that we are coming to pick up the package and when we arrive the package has been left unattended in the entrance. Someone could have easily taken it. A lack of vigilance.

Thank you to the after-sales service of Tissus Price. I waited more than 15 days for my package. The package was apparently lost by the carrier! After contacting the after-sales service and the immediate resending of a new package, by miracle, I received it 2 days after the initial order! Since I see that the second shipment is indeed with the carrier, I plan to refuse it for a return to Tissus Price.
