I almost had to make a 3rd delivery request: the 1st time, delivery was not possible, but we only find out on the same day and it was impossible to have it redelivered the next day. The 2nd time: a message telling me delivery was impossible and therefore needed to be rescheduled. And also a message telling me that delivery would be made, which was the case.
