Very good contact with customer service but I am very disappointed with the fabric received, sold as elastic lycra in both directions, while it is only elastic in one direction... a lot of problems sewing it with my machine which didn't want it, just like my overlocker, many hassles that could have been avoided with a product description that was accurate.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, received Thursday morning. Correct. The fabric for the deck chair is damaged on two centimeters on one side (there are plastic threads sticking out of the fabric). Otherwise OK.

After going to pick it up ourselves at the transport agency, several kilometers from the desired delivery location.
