The delivery by DPD is deplorable:
1) You have to choose a large time slot, which blocks half a day, or is straddling two half-days, then we are informed at the end of this time slot that, sorry, the delivery cannot take place that day, and that we must choose another day and another time slot

Very pleasant customer service, order preparation time is okay even if we always want it to be faster so we can start sewing.
