I ordered fabric pieces that were supposed to be 40x60cm. Customer service assured me that the cotton would not shrink when washed at 30°. However, the 8 pieces did shrink, despite being washed at 30° on a delicate cycle; they all lost between 3 and 5 cm in length and width.
