The quality of some fabrics leaves much to be desired; out of 4 types of dark fabrics, washed only once in the machine at 40°C, they came out unusable, appearing like old fabrics that have lost their colors!! Not sure I will return!

For delivery, it's quite acceptable, for customer service, it's the same. But for the merchandise, what a disappointment, the satin ribbon is not of first quality, it doesn't shine and the color leaves much to be desired, the fuchsia pink is really very light. The faux fabric was not packed in a cardboard tube but in a simple plastic bag, resulting in marks on it because the delivery people obviously folded it. Very disappointed.
