The fabric was no longer available: I cannot judge the entirety of the transaction. However, I have already bought this fabric on another site, it is of very good quality. On the other hand, customer service is very responsive. Not wishing for a credit note or to buy another fabric, I requested a refund. Customer service confirmed my refund the next day. I will buy from this site without any problem.

Thank you very much for your package and your attention. However, I am a bit disappointed with the bias. I thought it matched the car binder where the blue leans towards turquoise, but the sky blue is not great with it. I didn't want to take black. I think if you suggest a matching bias with your printed fabrics, that would be great. Thank you very much, best regards, Isa
