I take away one star because there is no Mondial Relay option in my town even though there are 2 lockers. Picking up the package at the post office, we all know the hassle.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
We are sorry that the choice of the relay point did not meet your expectations. We take your comment into account and will pass it on to our team.
Please note that Colissimo relay points are not exclusively located in post offices. According to our information, a relay point is available in your town at the Repasserie Multiservices. We hope this solution will suit you for your next order.
Looking forward to seeing you again soon,
The Tissus Price team

Hello,
We are sorry that the color does not meet your expectations.
The colors displayed on a screen may differ from reality. Several factors can influence their rendering, including your screen settings (brightness, contrast, calibration) as well as the conditions under which the photos were taken, such as lighting.
That is why a slight difference in shade between the product received and its display on our site may be observed.
To avoid any disappointment, it is also possible to order a sample before purchase. This allows you to check the color in your chosen lighting conditions and ensure that it meets your expectations.
We remain at your disposal if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Tissus Price

I thought the fabric was 100% cotton, but I ended up with a lycra fabric. I think I will still make a creation with it

I regularly order fabrics from Tissus Price and this is the 3rd time I receive fabrics with defects, printing defects, fabrics with stains. I accepted a promo code instead of a product exchange for the 2nd consecutive printing defect for the same pattern. Finally, I was told that the promo code has already expired! (Without giving the end date of validity) It's really a shame, the patterns are quite pretty in general, but there are quite a few defects. I ordered 5 times on this site and received 4 fabrics with defects. Obviously, these are 'new products' made to order, not clearance products.

The Tutto does not match the thick velvet I received. I couldn't sew the handles

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello,
The tutorials are designed to adapt to all materials. You just need to adjust the material used, especially choosing a needle suitable for the fabric (thicker for velvet, for example). Don't hesitate to also adjust the tension and type of stitch to make sewing the handles easier.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards

Several patterns ordered in the same material and usually each pattern is already cut to the ordered size. So disappointment when I receive 2 fabrics of 6ml each instead of the 6 fabrics of 2ml and that I have to separate the patterns to start the projects. I would have preferred to receive the order as described on the slip; otherwise, I should have been informed of such a shipment. Otherwise, the quality and patterns are magnificent and match the visuals.
