The store consistently delivers on product quality, with many customers noting fabrics that are true to description, beautiful, and of excellent quality across a range of materials and prints, including customized and canvas options. Delivery stands out as fast and reliable, with multiple mentions of quick delivery and accurate measurements, ensuring items arrive promptly and fit expectations. Customer service and reliability are highlighted through courteous, helpful staff, a user-friendly site, and a smooth ordering experience, with several buyers noting helpful interactions and the ease of ordering and reordering. Overall, customers repeatedly celebrate strong value, clear product representation, and positive purchasing experiences across fabric quality, customization, and delivery.
The merchandise is okay, but I waited more than 3 weeks. The email I received indicated that the package was at the post office on April 4 and I received it on the 14th. Even though we know there can be delays, other goods ordered elsewhere were only 2 days late.

Perfect except for the color of the faux leather which does not match either the photo or a navy blue.

Of course, with the coronavirus, the wait for delivery was long. Otherwise, the order was very good. I received everything in good quality. I will come back to you soon.

I ordered a sponge fabric with a design already applied, but on half of the fabric, the design is faded...... so I can't do anything with it.

The samples are tiny...impossible to try to sew them. I won't be able to assess what it would actually look like. Too bad...

Delivery in a week despite the lockdown. However, be careful with the colors. Ordered sand linen... The color received leans towards yellow and does not match my project.

Good evening, as I mentioned via your site, in a comment on my order, I am very disappointed with the quality of the Burgundy Komodo dragon: It is much thinner than before (and yet at the same price). I can no longer use it to make and sell my bags because the quality is no longer there. For the other items, I am satisfied. Best regards, Odile Tourrette

Very serious site, I had an issue with fabric cutting, I let them know, and they sent me 50 cm of fabric instead of 20 damaged. Very accommodating.

The service is top-notch! For the fabric, since I hadn't seen it, it doesn't really match the texture I wanted, but that's normal, you need to see and touch a fabric! Thank you very much

I have been ordering white and ecru microfiber sponge fabric for several months now. I am disappointed because the white microfiber has been modified to a less effective one. Now it's the turn of the ecru. I have made complaints to Tissus Price, sending the old microfiber for control, I have not received satisfaction for the white one, I strongly doubt a solution for the ecru.

I would have preferred a box for packaging, to be more reassured that the fabric cannot be torn during transport.
And I would have liked slightly larger samples. If small, it is not necessarily obvious to realize if it will work depending on what you want to do with it, especially when there are large patterns.
