The merchandise does not correspond at all to the image on your site nor the fabric description. I am really disappointed with the quality of the fabric.

Everything is perfect quality price and customer service The only downside is the delivery points but it's the carrier that is to blame.

Hello, I was very disappointed with the surprise gift for my birthday. A piece of faded green fabric that is really very ugly, just good for using as a mop... I would have gladly done without the frustration upon seeing it. I was expecting a nice little coupon or an item worth 10 or 20, but this... Better not to offer anything.

Order compliant but deplorable delivery. As for the samples ordered... An effort on the size could have been made, especially regarding the regularity of the samples...

The fabrics meet my expectations. I contacted the store by phone and a lovely lady answered me and managed to find out where my package was. The problem did not come from Tissus Price but from the Post Office, which did not inform me of the arrival of my package. The order dates back to December 19 and I received my order today, the 26th by Colissimo.

Delivery a bit long (1 week) and in a bag made of black tarpaulin... not very qualitative and not very ecological... too bad. Otherwise, the fabrics are very beautiful and really correspond to the photos on the site. I am glad that you recovered so quickly from this unfortunate fire. Good continuation to you.
