First order containing faux leather that I received in soft packaging and not in a box. As a result, the faux leather arrived crushed, marked, and wrinkled, what a shame for such a beautiful fabric. I'm not sure I can flatten it out. I am very disappointed as everything else is very good as usual. What a pity.

Moreover, on Monday morning, customer service assured me that my package was ready and labeled, ready to ship since Friday evening.
