Disappointed with the fabric that pills a lot, I used it to cover the sofa and on the first day a lot of pilling.

Not respecting delivery deadlines is a lack of seriousness, especially when you call and are assured that it will arrive... 96 hours is just the order preparation time and not the delivery time

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, the deadlines for your order were respected. Indeed, as indicated by phone and in our T&Cs, 96 hours is the delivery time. Your order was placed on a Sunday, we shipped it on Tuesday (preparation time) and it was delivered to you on Friday. Please feel free to consult our T&Cs directly for more information. Best regards. Fast delivery; the fabrics match what I requested. However, the packaging is not okay. The plastic was torn. It had already arrived that way. Fortunately, the fabrics are intact. Thank you for the sample..

Package completely ripped open. Fortunately, the merchandise was intact. The packaging is unacceptable. The merchandise was expensive (+100€). I hope for a commercial gesture from you but especially better packaging for your future shipments. Thank you for the quality of your fabrics. Françoise PERREARD

The product and the site are impeccable... however, the delivery was a real disaster... I was supposed to receive it at my home for a week and on 3 occasions I was given appointments to deliver the package, these appointments were postponed every day to finally deliver it without my consent to a store I never chose 8 km from my home... no identity verification or signature.

As for the merchandise, I am not satisfied with the plastic packaging. Already because it's plastic, but also because it sticks to the hands, impossible to get rid of. Please inform your suppliers as it is really annoying.

One item was out of stock after my order. I can understand but I would have preferred a refund rather than a credit note especially since it was not my fault. Regards.
