Overall satisfied but delivery was announced in the morning and arrived in the afternoon, and the faux leathers were rolled on top of each other without a cardboard roll in the center, which caused the one in the center to arrive all wrinkled from the weight of the others. Finally, the label stuck on the front of the Asian embroidered satin damaged the fabric. However, the faux leathers and the Teflon fabric are superb.

Disappointed with the fabric received, which does not match what I expected (darker than in the photo and too heavy and thick for a dress despite the description on the site). The evaluation of customer service is given only as an indication since I did not contact them (the fabric cut to the required size is not part of the products benefiting from the right of withdrawal).

There are no issues with the ordered items. The only problem is that the post does not respect the delivery dates announced in the colissimo emails. There is always a delay of a day or two.

I am not satisfied with the delivery: the issue is Bpost. On Friday: message announcing delivery; 11 am new message: package not delivered; due to my absence. The postman did not ring. On Saturday, I go to the post office: lost package... I went back in the afternoon: damaged package; but everything is there.
