The store consistently delivers on product quality, with many customers noting fabrics that are true to description, beautiful, and of excellent quality across a range of materials and prints, including customized and canvas options. Delivery stands out as fast and reliable, with multiple mentions of quick delivery and accurate measurements, ensuring items arrive promptly and fit expectations. Customer service and reliability are highlighted through courteous, helpful staff, a user-friendly site, and a smooth ordering experience, with several buyers noting helpful interactions and the ease of ordering and reordering. Overall, customers repeatedly celebrate strong value, clear product representation, and positive purchasing experiences across fabric quality, customization, and delivery.
Pro, fast, and efficient, but one can still regret the store. The colors are not always reliable and the feel of the fabrics is lacking to make a choice. Ordering samples takes too much time.

This is the first time I order from this site. I am a bit disappointed with the panda fabric which is not 100% cotton as the description suggested. Otherwise, the rest meets my expectations.

Change of carrier ordered on 21/11, today 29/11 still no package. Too bad this is the second time the same problem. DPD is useless to continue with them.

I bought the children's gloves kit for pets + Reversible Pot Holder kit + a personalized shopping bag. I find that the kits are incomplete. For me, a kit includes all the necessary materials to complete the project) + a manual or a link to find the video. Your products are great, it's a shame that the seam allowances are missing, which makes the creations shrink. Your project.

Response from TISSUS PRICE
Hello, for ecological reasons, we remind you that all the tutorials for our kits are available online on our blog here: https://www.tissus-price.com/smartblog Most of our kits are complete and some products are called "coupon" in order to be able to complete them with other products of your choice as indicated in the description. Of course, you can always improve.

The site needs to be improved: when choosing the delivery method and before payment, the delivery time should be mentioned (reminded)
Good responsiveness from the seller, however.

Very nice and original products.
This is not the first time I order.
I didn't give 5 stars because I find the delivery time a bit long, yet I only take items in stock.
But I will place other orders and keep your store in my favorites.

Order from 14/10 not received, tracking stopped on 18/10, no response to my follow-up. This company that I appreciated no longer does the job, that is to say selling sewing materials at reasonable prices. Too bad.

Hello, a response message may have been sent to you on 24/10/2023 regarding the shipment of your order. Unfortunately, the textile industry is facing price increases on certain materials, but we always try to offer competitive prices for everyone. Satisfied with the product and service in general. Beautiful colors and fast delivery. However, there was a small problem with the product description: I ordered 1 meter of fabric with a width of 150cm, I received 1.5 meters with a width of 100cm. This did not affect my project but it could have, as the fabric does not have the same elasticity in both directions.
