At the end of my cart, 3 items were noted as gifts without conditions that I did not receive because apparently there was a minimum purchase amount mentioned in a banner on the homepage which I did not see because I arrived directly on the page with the item I was looking for. I was therefore very disappointed upon receiving my package not to see the gifts, especially since I talked about it with my friends. I am therefore questioning a future new order with you.

This offer was visible in a banner on our homepage or in our newsletters accompanied by a code to enter in the cart to benefit from it. If this code is not added and the required amount is not reached, the gifts do not automatically add to the order.

We confirm that no pouch was planned as a gift with your order.
A spring pouch was indeed offered for any purchase until March 23, but since your order was placed on March 24, it unfortunately did not qualify for this offer.

Regarding the fabric, it was very likely slightly wrinkled during transport. A simple ironing at low temperature should restore its original appearance.

Very good communication with Tissus Price, very good products, I recommend 100%. However, the delivery company DPD did not ensure the delivery properly: 24 hours late (truck issue in the morning, but no one informed throughout the day and the phone contact was deplorable, they don't care)
