Very good delivery tracking, merchandise OK, just disappointed not to have been able to get a duplicate item. It must have been automatically removed from the cart, but I did not notice it. So disappointed upon opening the package. Customer service not contacted.

I regret the removal of free home delivery. Especially during this period. Moreover, the hours of the post office or pickup point are not always compatible with working hours. For me, delivery was on Saturday at 11:50 am with the pickup point closing at noon until Monday!! Too bad

I like the originality, the prices suit me, I find them quite reasonable... the only small downside... delivery is a bit slow (about a week)... which is long when I have to wait for a fabric to ship an order. I could have given 5 stars but when printing the fabric, the patterns of the apprehension ball were not done correctly and I ended up with half of the ball.. then I didn't get the snap button as stated but that's not a big deal in itself.. just have to cut and sew. I still recommend the site.
