Very pleasant customer service, order preparation time is okay even if we always want it to be faster so we can start sewing. The quality of the products is very good and there is an interesting choice in terms of variety and price. I am just a bit disappointed with the felt swatches because the photo on the site can hardly reflect the actual shades. Satisfied.
