Just because May is filled with bridges and holidays doesn't mean it should take 3 weeks to deliver an order!

The packaging was very minimal for a large, very heavy coupon: plastic bags that arrived with tears....

Product quality meets my expectations and competitive price, however the delivery conditions are not respected by the dpd carrier. After sending a confirmation email of the date and time slot for delivery 24 hours in advance, for which we organize to receive the package, dpd sends an email canceling the delivery on the scheduled day while someone was mobilized at the address.

Orders are taking longer and longer to arrive whereas I used to receive my order in 2-3 days, so I am left with unsold items.
I order often and would like to be a VIP if possible.

I have been working with TISSUS-PRICE for several years and I have never encountered any particular problems. It is certain that, when I started my small business as a retiree, I do not have the same needs today. Moreover, unfortunately, creation is not always appreciated at its true value.

The first purchases were correct, but when I wanted to buy the same products again, I couldn't find the same material, so I bought 2 different materials on the same pattern, what a disappointment in terms of color... One was electric blue and the other blue-green, my first purchase was turquoise blue. I contacted customer service who simply told me that colors may vary, so that's really disappointing.

Hello, I ordered fabric to match a baby sewing set, the health booklet, a cuddly toy, and haberdashery... the only downside I have to mention is regarding the cuddly toy for sewing, it suggests a seam at 1cm but for the ears, it is absolutely not possible or else provide a bit more space on the fabric at the tips... Otherwise, I have absolutely nothing to say! The softness is there, the quality

The fabrics are satisfactory, however, there are no commercial offers despite large orders and promotions on the site two days later which I could not benefit from. The order tracking is catastrophic, I don't know where my package is, it was supposed to be at the post office this morning and no one can find it... and I also have no way to track it. So my sewing weekend is ruined.

Not disappointed for a first order. Good quality fabric, color as expected, at a more than reasonable price for making a jacket. Arrived quite quickly.
