We are sorry to hear that the color received does not fully meet your expectations. We take your comment into account.

After verification, we do notice a very slight difference between the photo presented on our site and the printed fabric, which seems to correspond well to a taupe shade. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee a perfect match between the display of a screen and the actual rendering of a fabric, as colors can vary from one screen to another depending on the settings.

This is also why we specify it in our General Sales Conditions and why we offer free sample sending before ordering, to allow everyone to check the material and colors.

We understand your disappointment. However, printed fabrics are made to order in our workshop, specifically for each order. We do not have stock on these references.

To avoid any unpleasant surprises, we offer a sample service that allows you to discover the rendering of the pattern as well as the material before placing an order.

Furthermore, as stated in our General Sales Conditions, printed fabrics made to order cannot be returned.

It is a pity that it is only after payment that one realizes being out of stock! Conclusion: I paid but no fabric... It seems simple to me to update the data and remove the unavailable items from sale.. I am not obliged to fund the treasury of this site without anything in return. Too easy to present products for sale and then (and only AFTER payment is recorded) inform us of their unavailability.. This practice will not encourage me to make new purchases.

However, this corduroy velvet can also be suitable for making thick garments such as pants, skirts, or jackets.

Hello, I ordered two printed fabrics, and apparently, I did not select the right fabric, as I received burlington instead of sponge. If I made a mistake, I will keep the fabric received, but I would like to place an order for €20 with sponge this time. I asked the site for free shipping and they replied that it is free from €50 and that they cannot make this commercial gesture. I am disappointed with their response.

Disappointed because the order was canceled even though I had paid by bank transfer the day after my order (revalidated later because I made myself known) and also disappointed with the quality of the fabric which from the first wash, there were white marks on the navy blue so not very satisfied

Fading can sometimes occur with certain fabrics. One tip is to soak the fabric before sewing in a cold water bath with white vinegar and salt (about 1 cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of salt for 3 to 4 liters of water). This can help set the colors. Let it soak for several hours, then rinse in cold water before washing.

We also advise you to always do a fading test before cutting, especially for very colorful fabrics.

I am a bit disappointed with the presentation of the small gloves in the kit. I have regularly ordered them, but this time, the placement of the pattern on the fabric strip does not take into account the sewing margin. In the end, the pattern is truncated of many details (animals missing parts of their legs or ears, fewer accessories). In short, what made the product interesting! I understand that this is to avoid 'wasting' fabric, but I am sure that the adjustment can be made. I wanted to bring this to your attention. Additionally, a gift was announced for €50 of purchase. At the end of my cart, 3 items were noted as gifts without conditions that I did not receive because apparently there was a minimum purchase amount mentioned in a banner on the homepage which I did not see because I arrived directly on the page with the item I was looking for. I was therefore very disappointed upon receiving my package not to see the gifts, especially since I talked about it with my friends. I am therefore questioning a future new order with you.
