The store consistently delivers on product quality, with many customers noting fabrics that are true to description, beautiful, and of excellent quality across a range of materials and prints, including customized and canvas options. Delivery stands out as fast and reliable, with multiple mentions of quick delivery and accurate measurements, ensuring items arrive promptly and fit expectations. Customer service and reliability are highlighted through courteous, helpful staff, a user-friendly site, and a smooth ordering experience, with several buyers noting helpful interactions and the ease of ordering and reordering. Overall, customers repeatedly celebrate strong value, clear product representation, and positive purchasing experiences across fabric quality, customization, and delivery.
Delivery a bit long (1 week) and in a bag made of black tarpaulin... not very qualitative and not very ecological... too bad. Otherwise, the fabrics are very beautiful and really correspond to the photos on the site. I am glad that you recovered so quickly from this unfortunate fire. Good continuation to you.

too bad the package arrived with holes at each end and the fabric was dirty, it would be good to reinforce both ends, thank you, see you one of these days, Mathis

Super fast delivery but disappointed with one of the fabrics. The size of the patterns is not specified in the description and the photo on the site suggested a much smaller pattern. A cushion in the photo suggested a pattern of about 10cm while the pattern is actually about 25cm. So the fabric is unusable for the intended use, which was a tote bag... So just a piece of fabric on my hands. Too bad.

Order received well. Very beautiful fabric, it seems to be of good quality. To sew a sweatshirt for a little daredevil. And the paper for the patterns is great. 10 meters, I will have enough for a little while.

TissusPrice is very good, it's their delivery service that is more than terrible: DPD company which should be avoided like the plague. I don't understand how such incompetents can be employed. https://www.60millions-mag.com/forum/transport-voyage-tourisme-f63/livraison-par-le-transporteur-dpd-france-t22451.html

Average rating for delivery because the package was torn and thus threads pulled on the sponge fabrics
Package presented by the delivery person on the non-damaged side and anomaly not reported

Apart from a problem with the post for delivery (the relay point I had chosen and validated was closed for vacation, the post did not deem it necessary to inform me or redirect my package. I had to go to two different post offices to find it. But above all, I am delighted with my order on your site, fabric perfect and in accordance with its description. I recommend Top
