I didn't receive a confirmation email for the arrival of the package. Too bad.

I bought wax fabric: superb quality, beautiful colors.
The only downside is the labels proving the origin and quality on the fabric. Impossible to peel off cleanly and glue residue on the fabric. I hope it will come off in the wash, but I would have preferred to do without it.

Delivery not respected, resulting in a loss of my day, and thus a second morning taken from which my dissatisfaction arises.
For the fabrics, there was a color issue compared to the site regarding the royal blue knit.
I ordered 3 meters of Burlington in royal blue and 2 meters in indigo blue.
I received 3 meters + 2 meters but all in royal blue; I can't say I'm very satisfied.

Hello. Order very well respected. Super delivery. But disappointed not to have found a small gift with this order. Maybe because I had one in the previous order. See you soon.

THE THREAD IS REALLY NOT STRONG, HOWEVER THE TEXTILENE IS IMPECCABLE, BUT THE CHOICE OF COLORS IS A BIT LACKING

The customer service is very good. That said, the delivery time is quite long and the fabric arrived stained and damaged in places.

It should be noted that the viscose fabric is actually jersey. It would be good to specify that.

Satisfied with the products but not with the delivery method, via DPD, which imposes its schedule and only delivers from Monday to Friday. One could almost take a day off to receive the package.

Fast delivery, interesting quality-price ratio, however the color of the fabric is duller than on the site. It's very fine voile type scarf that will definitely require a lining.

Overall satisfied but delivery was announced in the morning and arrived in the afternoon, and the faux leathers were rolled on top of each other without a cardboard roll in the center, which caused the one in the center to arrive all wrinkled from the weight of the others. Finally, the label stuck on the front of the Asian embroidered satin damaged the fabric. However, the faux leathers and the Teflon fabric are superb.

Good products, the quality of the fabrics is very nice. The ordered quantities match what was delivered. Delivery as announced, fast. The packaging is sometimes a bit light for the protection of the fabrics.
