The store consistently delivers on product quality, with many customers noting fabrics that are true to description, beautiful, and of excellent quality across a range of materials and prints, including customized and canvas options. Delivery stands out as fast and reliable, with multiple mentions of quick delivery and accurate measurements, ensuring items arrive promptly and fit expectations. Customer service and reliability are highlighted through courteous, helpful staff, a user-friendly site, and a smooth ordering experience, with several buyers noting helpful interactions and the ease of ordering and reordering. Overall, customers repeatedly celebrate strong value, clear product representation, and positive purchasing experiences across fabric quality, customization, and delivery.
Disappointed with the fabric received, which does not match what I expected (darker than in the photo and too heavy and thick for a dress despite the description on the site). The evaluation of customer service is given only as an indication since I did not contact them (the fabric cut to the required size is not part of the products benefiting from the right of withdrawal).

Order preparation and delivery were quick, no missing items (by the way, it shows on the receipt that it was checked before shipping). Great, I recommend this site :)

The fabric is very beautiful and closely resembles the description given. The delivery was problem-free by post and I therefore did not need help from customer service. Thank you

Hello, the fabric itself is exactly what I wanted, however, surprise, the 25 m were in two pieces.... little issue causing some loss... but well... it still works. Best regards

There are no issues with the ordered items. The only problem is that the post does not respect the delivery dates announced in the colissimo emails. There is always a delay of a day or two.

I am not satisfied with the delivery: the issue is Bpost. On Friday: message announcing delivery; 11 am new message: package not delivered; due to my absence. The postman did not ring. On Saturday, I go to the post office: lost package... I went back in the afternoon: damaged package; but everything is there.

I ordered 5 pieces of fabric of the same kind 44x54cm, I received them well but there were 2 pieces in the lot that were not really the same color. I preferred to keep them to avoid paying the postage fee

We are informed every day that the package could not be delivered. But when we call the carrier's phone platform, we are told that they don't have it at the agency and that it's automated SMS. Really not great.
For the rest, there is nothing to say, it was perfect
