The fabric is of good quality, and so is the print. However, I'm disappointed by the repetition of the pattern: the alignment is not the same everywhere, which is visually disturbing. I don't know if it's the PDF that wasn't right (need to add margins?), or if my instructions were ignored. I would have liked to have been sent a preview, or to have been told that my file was wrong. With all the files submitted (AI pattern to get the spacing right, PDF pattern only, PDF pattern repeated, JPEG illustrating the desired result, and text file) it was clear that I had high standards.

As specified on our product sheets, you must send us a file that requires no retouching. When we compare your print with the files you've sent us, we're sure that we're consistent with what appears in your files. We remind you that we also have a sample pack available for sale for 2€, which allows you to discover all our fabrics that can be personalized, and to be sure that the quality of the fabric is right for you. For a first order, we recommend ordering a 50cm sample with your design, to be sure of your color rendition before ordering a larger yardage.
