The fabric is of good quality, and so is the print. However, I'm disappointed by the repetition of the pattern: the alignment is not the same everywhere, which is visually disturbing. I don't know if it's the PDF that wasn't right (need to add margins?), or if my instructions were ignored. I would have liked to have been sent a preview, or to have been told that my file was wrong. With all the files submitted (AI pattern to get the spacing right, PDF pattern only, PDF pattern repeated, JPEG illustrating the desired result, and text file) it was clear that I had high standards.

I really liked the site, which was very intuitive and easy to use, the prints are good and don't fade.
However, when I received my labels, I was a little disappointed, as they were smaller than I'd expected. The design lacked a visual of the garments, so I wondered how it would look physically, with a ruler in centimeters, so that I could add to it to see for myself.
This would prevent the writing from being very small on delivery and disappointment.

Out of 3 batches of 50 labels, I threw away about 20 that had printing defects on part of the text (half a printed line), that's a lot... Very disappointed. I've been a customer for years, and have never had any problems with the printing of my patterns, until my last order. The pattern was incorrectly repeated on my last order, so I'm left with over 20m of unusable fabric, and Tissu print offers me nothing but 10% off my next order. Very disappointed!

Good overall ergonomics. However, managing a 10-meter jpeg file means reducing the definition to 150dpi. The solution would therefore be to use your individual file layout application; but it seems that the original dimensions are not respected. What's more, there seems to be a discrepancy between the fabric widths indicated on the samples, and those specified on the site. Would the site's widths be those of the maximum printable area?
