We understand that you are disappointed with the final result, despite the fact that the print corresponds to the image you sent us. We would like to emphasize that we make every effort to ensure accurate color matching and optimal product quality. However, it is essential to note that color perception can vary from one screen to another, which may result in differences between the image displayed and the final product. As specified on our product sheets, you must send us a file that requires no retouching. When we compare your print with the files you've sent us, we're sure that we're consistent with what appears in your files. We remind you that we also have a sample pack available for sale for 2€, which allows you to discover all our fabrics that can be personalized, and to be sure that the quality of the fabric is right for you. For a first order, we recommend ordering a 50cm sample with your design, to be sure of your color rendition before ordering a larger yardage. It is also possible that our printing parameters differ from those of our competitors, as indicated in our email exchanges (which could explain the color differences you noted between your previous printer and us).
