Very disappointed. I've been a customer for years, and have never had any problems with the printing of my patterns, until my last order. The pattern was incorrectly repeated on my last order, so I'm left with over 20m of unusable fabric, and Tissu print offers me nothing but 10% off my next order. Very disappointed!

Hello, We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your last order. As indicated by e-mail and telephone, your motif was repeated normally, i.e. from left to right and top to bottom. If you need a particular repeat (e.g. quincunx, half-round, mirror...) our customization tool allows you to do so with a pre-purchase preview. You can also indicate your wish to modify the repeat in advance by e-mail or by clicking on "Leave a message" before finalizing your order. It is also important to order a sample on our website before purchasing a large quantity. Despite the fact that we have not made any mistakes with the preparation and dispatch of your order, we have in fact given you a 10% discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill for one year. Pleasantly surprised. The print quality is amazing. Getting to grips with the tool was complicated because it kept bugging, and I spent an inordinate amount of time making my personalized fabric, because I had to save every time I positioned an image. But the result is there. Printing and delivery are super fast: I placed my order on Sunday, and on Wednesday I received my fabric. I'll definitely be ordering again. Too bad the cotton canvas isn't available.
