The fabric looked nice, but wasn't stretchy enough to use it as a sports product. I also found a little hole in the fabric.

The pattern was well printed but be careful, only on one side of the scarf...

The print itself is perfect. However, 1/2 cm of border around the image at the top and bottom, not even enough to make a hem! I wanted to leave a 5 cm white border around the image... I failed! Too bad

Our file was sent with turquoise lines and we receive green lines. We say to ourselves ...

I had given a pale gray file on purpose to have transparency and the printing on fabric of my file was reinforced in contrast, the image became black and white well contrasted, which I did not ask for. As a result, it's unusable....

Images are not sharp...

As easy as I found designing the personalized pouch, the ordering part itself was very complicated. You're not intuitive at all. Fortunately I had someone on the phone who really understood my problem, who admitted that there were some things that really weren't very intuitive, and I thank her very much for her help.

Would need to be improved to create its impression and visualize the rendering at the summary of the order.

On one meter of printing, I have two defects. Quality control needs improvement.

As a customer for over two years, I've always been very satisfied with the quality and service of tissus Print. The recent change in the ordering system, which was complex and incomplete, led to printing errors that had unfortunate consequences for my business.

The - : Message left during the ordering process and no reply (Washability, delivery times, small color samples...). 2 badly printed markings at the beginning of the board, so unusable (fortunately I had ordered a bit more!). Procedure given on the site with hot peeling... first marking catastrophic and ruined! (impossible hot, cold OK and I put a little press 3 seconds to be sure). No instructions or technical specifications on the paper supplied with the order. The plusses: The price, very good lead time (less than a week), very clean printing and opaque white (even on dark textiles), very satisfactory final rendering on the textile, very fine and supple. In the end, even though I haven't yet had any feedback on the wash fastness, it wouldn't take much to give it 5 stars, which is a shame. Still, I'm thinking of recommending it in the future (because the most important thing... is in the +!).

I was expecting the logo to be bigger... In the end, on the whole surface, it's quite small...

The print quality is great, I just think it's a shame that we can't see our visual online to see if everything conforms...

I ordered black velvet, it's actually more of a medium gray. And a bit thin.
But I will recommend with another fabric that I like more. I hope so.

Hello, I would have liked to have been warned that there is the legend (of the file?) printed in black characters on the fabric. As these fabrics are intended for an exhibition, these details are important.

The fabric is of good quality, and so is the print. However, I'm disappointed by the repetition of the pattern: the alignment is not the same everywhere, which is visually disturbing. I don't know if it's the PDF that wasn't right (need to add margins?), or if my instructions were ignored. I would have liked to have been sent a preview, or to have been told that my file was wrong. With all the files submitted (AI pattern to get the spacing right, PDF pattern only, PDF pattern repeated, JPEG illustrating the desired result, and text file) it was clear that I had high standards.

The fabric I received has dark areas that aren't part of the design, so I'm disappointed, even though the overall impression is very good.

I really liked the site, which was very intuitive and easy to use, the prints are good and don't fade.
However, when I received my labels, I was a little disappointed, as they were smaller than I'd expected. The design lacked a visual of the garments, so I wondered how it would look physically, with a ruler in centimeters, so that I could add to it to see for myself.
This would prevent the writing from being very small on delivery and disappointment.

I've just received two orders, one of which I had a problem with because I received the visuals with a black background, whereas I had sent transparent backgrounds. Otherwise, the last order was perfect.

it's hard to imagine the scale of the pattern on screen when it doesn't match reality, which makes certain elements illegible because they're too small for what you'd expect...

First order of sew-in labels for my company and a bit disappointed... Out of 3 batches of 50 labels, I threw away about 20 that had printing defects on part of the text (half a printed line), that's a lot... It's a shame because the site is well designed, intuitive, simple and the delivery is fast, but I should have taken just one batch to test it out.

It took me a while to find the metre 'and cm for the metrage.

the rendering is good but I had a lot of trouble sending and making what I wanted and not a lot of help in the end and now I'm starting an order again and it's the same, it's easy if you master all the software.

Fast and well organized delivery. But a change in quality between my first order and the next two. The bamboo sponge is much thinner, which is a real shame!

The quality of the fabric and the printing are top notch, but my 4 x1m of velvet were printed on the reverse side of the velvet pile, which is a shame...

The documents received were not compliant and after use there are still residues on the printed material.

I was disappointed with the print, there's no brightness and I feel like there's a slightly grey haze over all my graphics.
As for delivery, the deadlines were met.

Nice print, but it's a shame that the result is not to scale 1, despite what's advertised. This cotton shrinks by 1% along the width and 4% along the length... my 25 cm squares measure 24.7 cm X 24 cm after printing. Nice print, but beware of image distortion.

fast turnaround but transfer quality is not perfect. the ink sometimes has trouble coming off the substrate.
