Fanny, some cats are more sensitive than others and your cat's behavior can be explained by neophobia, which is quite common among our feline friends! It is their intestinal system that firmly defends against an organism they do not know: insect protein. That's why we recommend a gentle dietary transition of 2 to 3 weeks, maybe even longer for cats that are very sensitive.

Hello, It seems that you produce your cat kibbles in 2 factories, apparently, our 2 cats sensed the change and took 4 weeks to accept them, the smell and color not being identical to previous deliveries. Today it seems to be fine, despite a little lack of enthusiasm from our two furry companions!

We do indeed produce our kibbles in two different French factories, but this normally has no impact on the palatability of the kibbles. The manufacturing process cannot be exactly the same in both factories, hence the difference. But the recipe remains exactly the same! My cat has never liked kibbles as much! He has ultra-silky fur, and he has regained some of his shape. I specify that he is an indoor cat and it is complicated to regulate his weight with more conventional "sterilized cat" kibbles. Insect proteins are the future!

Very satisfactory customer service. I chose the subscription so I wouldn't have to reorder every time, but I misjudged how long my cat's kibble would last and a package was about to be shipped while I still had one left. I immediately suspended the subscription temporarily and sent a message through my customer space. The order was canceled and I was refunded right away. I am very happy! I will resume the subscription as soon as possible.

For me, it's the best brand for my little love dogs. A brand committed to our planet, good for their health. The only kibble that our cat digests well (no bleeding, molded stools)!!! After struggling with well-known brands recommended by veterinarians... We wouldn't change for anything in the world. Paired with the 'silky fur' and 'kidneys' treats, he has beautiful soft and shiny fur + no urination problems (very little odor urine) I always recommend it to those around me: quality for the cat, slight impact on the planet (insects, packaging production...) => everything is GREAT.
