Unfortunately, your cat kibble product did not meet my expectations and especially not those of my pet. I find the brand's concept really good, moreover, the delivery was very fast so nothing to say on the 'customer service' side. Hello, the kibble is great, unfortunately the shipping costs are very high considering it is announced as 2 working days for 7 € and in the end it arrives after 5/6 working days like a normal package.
