Very fast delivery via Chronopost, excellent quality kibble and good size, solid and resealable paper packaging (another ecological plus). My cats have started their dietary transition. Not only do they tolerate this kibble very well, but they already only want this one and are turning their noses up at the old range. Very happy with my purchase which will help reduce our carbon footprint for all 6 of us!

Quick and efficient with a lot of leeway to manage the subscription

Excellent customer service - they respond very quickly and are very sensitive to customer issues. We had a problem with a bag of kibble and they immediately offered us another one. The kibble is very much liked by our dog!

The kibble arrived very quickly and my dog loves it! He is still in the dietary transition period but it is going better than the previous ones and he did not have an allergy crisis even though it is very recurrent for him! All positive for now and it's good for the planet!

I first ordered the discovery box for cats from Tomojo and I was very positively surprised: my cat loved them, he even preferred them to his usual kibble from Royal Canin Veterinary and had no bad reaction even though he is very allergic to the vast majority of kibbles and is therefore on a strict hypoallergenic diet. Delighted with this first experience and finally being able to switch to kibble that is good for my cat's health and much better ecologically, I took a subscription for the Sorghum kibble. The order went very well, the website is very smooth and easy to use, however I had an issue with the delivery by GLS in Belgium. The package was never delivered and I therefore contacted Tomojo to find a solution to this problem. Their customer service was very quick to respond and my order was refunded. After seeing with GLS what the issue was, they also refunded my shipping costs and even refunded my 20% discount on my first order on my next order. It's really great to be able to have quality kibble that is much better ecologically while having accessible and attentive customer service. The only small problem I would highlight is the price of delivery in Belgium which is quite expensive, but it is surely more due to the delivery company than the brand itself.

The transition to Tomojo kibble went well. My cat is quite picky but she adopted them without any problem thanks to a gradual transition to replace her old kibble.

After a small problem during delivery, customer service was very responsive and understanding. I was able to receive a new bag of kibble quickly, and my two cats love them!

My 2 cats loved it, miracle, so Tomojo will be part of my list of products that I order regularly, without wanting a subscription. I mix a cocktail of 3 products each week even if it's not a very good veterinary advice. It works for us. My 3rd one picked up from the street 10 days ago doesn't fuss, as long as there's something in the bowl he goes with the flow! I think it's good to vary protein sources.

I received my package the day after the order, it was super fast! It was well packaged, without any excess, and I appreciated the packaging of the kibble. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, my puppy did not like them, he sorts them and refuses to eat them.. I had to go back to animal kibble. And given their composition, I understand that they don't have a meat smell, however, I don't think they are appetizing for picky dogs... to my great despair since I would have loved to continue with your brand.

My two cats and my dog unfortunately did not like the insect kibble at all... the puppy kibble is also too small for a medium-sized dog (5-month-old husky). I would have tried, too bad. Otherwise, the service offered is very good.

New package not accepted by my cat. He vomits with every intake, even mixed with other food, and now refuses to touch his bowl if there are these kibbles inside. Yet, I have been giving him Tomojo for a long time even though I had reduced the proportion due to the price. New recipe or just my cat changing, I don't know, but it's not working. Too bad.

Easy order. Very fast and careful shipping. Quality and innovative products. My only regret, kibble size is too large for my old little dog, otherwise the big chubby loves them!

Kibbles with a not very appetizing smell for the cat. Mine has more trouble with these kibbles, I have to mix them with others!

As a cat kibble customer for several years, I have always been very satisfied with the delivery and the website. Regarding the kibbles, my cat immediately adopted them and seems to appreciate them... No complaints to make, I highly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to meat or fish kibbles (present in minimal quantities and in the form of waste...)

Hello, I wanted to subscribe but I'm not sure I managed to do it during my first order

My dog vomited with the product, I followed all the instructions for the diet change. no big deal it doesn't suit my dog. However, you ask me to return the kibble (no big deal calculation to do) I paid 16 for shipping costs when I was told you would be refunded a total of 34 to tell me in the end. Sorry Mr. we made a mistake on the refund amount? This explains the professionalism with which you read your emails and respond to your customers' concerns... Be a little more focused. When you work it will do you good. I would have preferred to send nothing and donate the packages to a charity. I find that the service tries to do its best, but it's still not it. Elsewhere trying is free and even the shipping costs. A package won't sink your company.

My very picky dog loved this kibble and gained weight which was difficult before

Hello, After a first satisfactory experience, we received kibble made in factory 53 that our 2 cats frankly rejected. We had to revert to another conventional diet. Our veterinarian, due to an allergy of one of our cats, advised us to return to our insect kibble hence this recent order, but again our cats refuse to eat them (factory 53). We think, given their appearance, that they are overcooked hence the puffiness and smell! We will therefore be forced to look for a new supplier, Tomojo telling us that everything is fine and nothing has changed?
