It was our first time shipping there and we wanted to make sure everything was crystal clear. You never replied to us, and that's why we didn't go through with your order. My two cats systematically vomited each meal after eating your kibble, they do not digest them at all (transition perfectly done as indicated). No problem with the delivery or anything else, but the kibble formula is clearly not amazing.

We advise you to try to extend it and of course we remain at your disposal to support you in this process. Our kibble has a very good digestibility rate because insect protein is highly digestible and we include ingredients in our recipes for the digestive comfort of animals: fiber intake, prebiotics, highly digestible single animal protein. Moreover, the extrusion process, which is a controlled cooking (temperature and pressure controlled), improves the digestibility of the product due to its conversion into an easily digestible form of the components of raw materials, both of animal and vegetable origin, as well as the complete disinfection of the food.
