The food for my cats as well as for my dog is of high quality, and not more expensive than other major quality brands. While doing good for Mother Nature, this brilliant idea of making kibble with insects does a lot of good for our pets. Fifteen days ago I alerted the Tomojo company about the fact that I had mistakenly ordered a 12 kg bag of kibble and wanted to cancel the delivery. Indeed, I had subscribed last September but could not connect to my customer account (my email address not being recognized), I thought I had to place another order. Result: I received a 12kg bag last Saturday and now another 12kg bag is on its way... Impossible to store it at my place. And Tomojo's customer service refuses to cancel the order... So you have to be very careful with orders!

Hello Géraldine. As I indicated during our exchanges, you had created two subscriptions for the same product, which is why you received 2 packages at short intervals. These subscriptions were visible in your customer area, we have set up a FAQ to help you manage your subscriptions, with video tutorials. Regarding the order you wanted to cancel, it was already sent and on its way to your home when you notified us, so you understand why we could not cancel it ?? Our customer service was reactive and as understanding as possible, but we cannot go beyond the processes provided for this kind of situation, I am sorry.

I have been using cat kibble for two years, but now I am stopping. It seems that my cat has developed some sort of allergy to TOMOJO kibble. Either he vomits or he has diarrhea. I have observed this behavior for over 6 months, with different bags of the same TOMOJO kibble. And as soon as I try another type of kibble, everything gets better.

MiMi is eight years old and she is in great shape. She easily accepts her food, she behaves like a real cat. Her diet consists of Tomojo, some Minipoissons Joels that she loves, and occasionally a little treat (more "classic"). Of course, she would rush at anything that has milk, cream, butter, or yogurt in it, everything we try to keep away from her, not always with the same success... the sly one. In any case, a thousand thanks to Tomojo, knowing what is in your food, knowing what is in most others. You have a good head start on the others!

It's not a recent experience, but Tomojo kibbles are the only solution to my dog's digestive issues ?? Deliveries always go well. One small suggestion: offer them in a 'small dogs' format.

Radar always appreciates these kibbles and jumps higher and higher :-) Makala and Tagada aka "Moumoun" are getting a bit tired of them, they are losing weight and for better balance they like a little mix of kibbles especially in autumn when they change their coat.
