Everything is fine, since my dog started eating TOMOJO kibble, he no longer has eczema, less arthritis (he is 17 years old) and has a very beautiful coat and also, he doesn't smell like a dog at all. I recommend TOMOJO to everyone I meet when I walk him.

Always Very Happy 2 the Team....;-) small downside....the carrier but that's not your fault. Lately, carriers are so caught up in competition that some forget the connection with the customer and as a result are not very nice in person... They skip you, delay your delivery = they are annoying. My address is not that complicated to find and generally if in doubt.....the carrier calls me..... I assure you, this delivery person has given up and has been replaced by someone cool ;-)

My cat got used to the kibble after a month but when I opened the next package, she turned her nose up at them. The kibble no longer had the same appearance, so I am stuck. The concept is great, the follow-up and communication are great. It's a shame that production is not stable.

Good kibble. 12-year-old staffie and 2-year-old malinois x terrier: both in very good shape, good coat. New formula more appetizing. I have been giving Tomojo kibble to my dogs for a few years and I am very satisfied!

Our cats love TOMOJO kibble! These are street cats that we have been feeding for years and for whom it is even more important to have the best possible diet to have the maximum chance of surviving on the street... They are beautiful, well-fed, and in good health!

I am always looking for new products that are good for health and the planet. My dogs love Tomojo kibble, I opted for the grain-free recipe which is just as great. Thank you for these tasty recipes. Pita and Gaspard are galloping in great health ????. The Mouch dental treats are also much appreciated.

The idea is interesting to promote the use of insects more than other animals but in reality, the products still contain them (resting by email and other products) which disappointed me regarding the communication about it. My puppy didn't like the kibble too much either and they were a bit small in size compared to other brands including one that is completely transparent in its commitments from the start and 100% insects that we have adopted.

Thank you for your feedback Elodie. Our motto every day at Tomojo is that we have nothing to hide. We never do transparency in small doses! As I mentioned in my email, it was an oversight on our part, which we corrected as soon as you informed us. You can see on our website (especially in our FAQ) that we do not hide the presence of hydrolyzed animal proteins in our kibble, it is indicated in all our product sheets. There was no bad intention on our part and I am sorry that you took it that way, even after seeing the response to your email.

Kibble of super quality without cereals, my puppy had digestive problems but since we switched to Tomojo everything is resolved! The delivery service is super fast (delivered in 24h) and the customer service is responsive. We also tried the treats, and unsurprisingly our puppy loves them!

Excellent products. The treats and kibble have been appreciated by the cats. As for the dog, she loves the treats, the kibble is to her taste too, but slightly too big, so she has trouble chewing them. It's a shame there aren't several size options for kibble in the dog range.

Impossible to make her eat! After trying all the brands of kibble (classic) that my various veterinarians recommended, my Miniature Spitz (Nola) wouldn't eat them. Diarrhea or refusal to eat, I couldn't impose on her to eat something she didn't like. Desperate, I searched the internet and stumbled upon the Tomojo site. I was skeptical at first! But I absolutely do not regret taking the plunge! Thanks to the customer service who managed to answer my doubts and questions. I have since decided to subscribe to the subscription which allows me to save. Moreover, I no longer throw away the kibble because Nola devours them. Thank you Tomojo, keep it up!

Oh no! We are sorry to read that ?? It's probably a case of neophobia: cats refuse to eat a new food, something they don't know. Did you properly carry out the transition? It's essential to get your cats used to this new protein, and you can make it last up to 3 weeks, so your little ones take the time to eat and digest the insect protein.

We had tested kibble from a competing brand (also based on insect proteins) but the cats didn't seem to appreciate it, they sniffed and then walked away. With these, no problem, our cats are loving it!
