Great experience, I discovered this brand on Instagram, and I was skeptical. It's quite surprising as a concept. But being in search of better kibble in every sense of the term for my cat. I took a discovery pack to start and he loved it, so I took the big 7kg bag and luckily, it went without transition! (While I had trouble getting him to swallow other kibble without cereals..) And the subscription program is nice, I took the recommended delay of 3 months between each bag to start. We'll see later to adjust the pace. In any case, the quality is present (yes okay I have never given store brands to my cat, I might have had to, it would have cost me less) but compared to his old brand of kibble I will save money (almost 200€/year) which is not negligible. So everyone is happy.

Package delivered quickly. Quality product. My 2 cats are enjoying it after 1 or 2 days of adaptation (vomiting at first despite following the dietary transition). I always do the transition to finish my old kibble but they prioritize the Tomojo kibble :-)

I placed my order (discovery box) on November 23 and to this day I still haven't received the package... I was refunded 1.75€ (only!) as compensation for the delay in sending the box because an item was missing, I was only informed 10 days later about this inconvenience.

Kibble immediately appreciated by the three cats in the house, who were already eating grain-free and high-protein kibble. Very beautiful and soft coat, unchanged compared to the old kibble, so perfect. However, significantly fewer vomiting issues with Tomojo kibble. I am delighted to have plastic-free packages. Thank you <3 It could be nice to schedule subscription deliveries weekly rather than monthly, because where I previously ordered 6/7kg in a month for the 3 cats, they still haven't finished their package after a month! :O They eat significantly less. I noticed a thinning on the most imposing male. Delighted. I recommend these kibbles without hesitation and am happy to contribute to advancing new alternatives.

The products please my little one and I am even surprised regarding the treats because usually outside of commercial junk she turns her nose up 😊 However, the price of the discovery box with two poor samples does not seem justified to me. Indeed, some kibbles display very high rates (40-45%) but your animal has a hard time assimilating them, the final result is a poor protein rate... I am very happy to have taken the step towards proteins not derived from industrial farming, which means animal suffering for me (even if worms are living beings too). However, my cats are having a hard time adapting and are vomiting. I followed the protocol for changing kibble. For now, I am at 1/3_2/3 so only at the beginning. My dog adapted immediately. He loves it.
