Feel free to place them in an airtight box if needed, our kibble can be stored for up to 18 months :) For the powder, I imagine the delivery must not have been very gentle... I love the concept but... Having strictly followed the transition recommendations between the old and new kibble, the younger of my two cats (a one-year-old Highland Straight) fell ill with diarrhea that stopped as soon as he returned to his normal diet. You can imagine the ordeal with long hair, requiring a bath every day. For this reason, I will not continue (the older one, a 9-year-old British Long Hair, had no problems)

Easy order on the site. Delivery in 3 days. Our dog is allergic to meat and fish and could not tolerate the hypoallergenic kibbles (including those from veterinarians). She jumped on these from the first day and has had no allergy issues since. For me, the only (slight) downside is the palatability: after the novelty wears off, our dog tends to snub them and only eats them when she is really very hungry!

For now, my cat has adapted well and loves the mix of kibbles we offer him (old + new), we are considering switching to a subscription although the 7 kg format seems large to us and we are afraid that: 1/ the end of the kibble bag will no longer be accepted by the cat 2/ the proposed delivery frequency may be too high compared to our cat's consumption and that we have no choice but to switch to the more expensive 1.5 kg packs.

My cat is seriously ill after eating this kibble for two months. We had talked about this kibble to friends, who tried it for their own cat, and that one no longer eats, we warned them of our misadventure and they are going back in time and returning to their old kibble.
