Change in the quality of the kibbles: appearance and taste visibly because our cat no longer wants them at all while he loved them. As part of our subscription, we are left with a 7kg bag of kibbles at 60€ on our hands. After contacting customer service, no commercial proposal was made to us, but they understand my "frustration" (that gives me nice legs). So we stopped the subscription.

Regarding the price, currently, the production of insect kibbles costs as much, if not more, than that of kibbles based on beef, poultry, or fish. This is mainly explained by the many investments that factories had to make in machines to properly raise the insects. The price per kilogram of insect is indeed three to five times higher than that of meat of similar quality. Moreover, we manufacture our kibbles here, in Mayenne, which also has a cost.
