I am very happy to have taken the step towards proteins not derived from industrial farming, which means animal suffering for me (even if worms are living beings too). However, my cats are having a hard time adapting and are vomiting. I followed the protocol for changing kibble. For now, I am at 1/3_2/3 so only at the beginning. My dog adapted immediately. My cat stopped eating for 2 whole days until I deigned to buy him his old kibbles again. To avoid waste, I mix the two products, but it would be interesting to resume your formula to add flavor. Why not add cricket, it has a shrimp taste. Anyway, I saw 'duck fat' in the composition and I find your ad a bit misleading, so I will not repurchase, especially given the price. (2 to 3 weeks are necessary for the most sensitive cats). Regarding duck fat, we indeed wish to substitute it with insect oil: however, we are still experiencing some difficulties incorporating it into our production chain, as well as sourcing it: we are counting heavily on the development of the French entomoculture sector which is starting to take off. Many thanks :) There is no planet B! If we chose insects as the basis of our recipe, it is also because their production uses few of our precious natural resources. In fact, it requires less agricultural space, much less water and emits less greenhouse gas than any conventional intensive meat production, for an equivalent quantity of protein.
