Unfortunately, your cat kibble product did not meet my expectations and especially not those of my pet. I find the brand's concept really good, moreover, the delivery was very fast so nothing to say on the 'customer service' side. However, the kibble was given to my pet for a week but I had to stop immediately because my cat could not get used to this food, so the package is barely started but I can't do anything with it and it will end up in the trash which is a shame. Hello, the kibble is great, unfortunately the shipping costs are very high considering it is announced as 2 working days for 7 € and in the end it arrives after 5/6 working days like a normal package. There should be an option to choose your shipping method as express (real chronopost) or normal. Have a nice day.

I find that compared to other kibbles, dogs have much more stools, one of my dogs has even done it several times in the house when it had never happened before...

The kibble must be very good and I find the ecological initiative remarkable. But on my first order, one product was missing, no big deal, it was sent back to me, it happens. However, I reordered and the package never arrived at my home. I am told that an investigation has been opened. I can be lenient, mistakes happen, we are not machines but there are still limits. I will not order again.

A beautiful French company with great values. My cats love the tested kibble from the sample. I will finally know what they eat and where the ingredients come from. I hope that the duck fat that gives the good taste will be preserved in the recipe because for me it is just a "waste" from the agri-food sector that does not encourage animal suffering. Only downside: the price is a bit high but can be understood given that Tomojo is a young company with low volumes.

My cats liked it, but not more than industrial kibble and they didn't want to give me their personal impression.

Kibble ordered for a French bulldog with skin atopy issues, appetite, and digestion. The transition went perfectly with a direct preference for Tomojo compared to the old kibble. After 1 month of use, our bulldog's appetite has improved, she digests them very well and we have so far been able to reduce her Atopica treatment experimentally. Her skin remains perfectly white. We will need to wait at least 2 months to have sufficient feedback on the hypoallergenic quality of this kibble, but the first signs are encouraging.
