Our little dog enjoys the insect kibble which apparently seems to relieve her food allergy. However, she is small and has had 13 teeth removed, so the kibble is a bit large. Is there a smaller size in the range? Also, why not make a pâté, also based on insects and without cereals?

Hello, I would like to report a recurring problem with your deliveries. Several times, GLS delivery drivers have refused to go up the stairs to deliver to my home, even though I paid for delivery to my address. It also happens that: the package is delivered in the street; the package is dropped directly at a relay point without a real delivery attempt; a notice indicates that I was absent, while I was indeed present at my home. This situation occurs practically with every order, which is unacceptable. I ask you to please: remind your delivery drivers of their obligation to deliver packages to the indicated address; ensure that my future deliveries are made correctly; inform me of the measures taken to resolve this problem. Hello everyone! The kibbles are really good kibbles appreciated by my adorable French bulldog. He has very nice stools, much fewer allergies. I recommend them! However, there is one issue, not minor!!! It has been 3 months since I started buying them and the price keeps increasing. The increases are significant!

For subscriptions, the first order is at -20%, then the following ones at -10%, which may explain a perceived difference. The adjustment that occurred in May is due to the rise in raw material, manufacturing, and transport costs, which impacts the entire supply chain. We do our best to limit these changes. The kibbles are of good quality, my dog likes them. However, the delivery, Chronopost changed my chosen relay point without explaining why or asking for my opinion... it's just a 12kg bag after all... Regarding the kibbles, the bag looks very 'budget', we regret the lack of airtight/resealable closure especially at the price per kg and given the daily openings and closings (we all have tape and other clothespins).

For the delivery, we are sorry for this inconvenience. The choice or modification of the relay point can sometimes be imposed by the carrier (saturation, temporary closure, logistical constraints), and this unfortunately remains independent of our will. My cat's coat has really changed positively since buying this kibble! Great values and an eco-friendly gesture that fits perfectly. The only downside: I find it a shame that delivery is charged the same way at home or at a relay point. For that matter, it’s better to do it at home, but since this type of product is expensive, it adds to the budget.

Very good except for the fact that it's not 100% insects, there are poultry fats hidden in the ingredients (I say hidden because marketing talks a lot about the advantages of insects and leads us to believe that it's only insects - it's a bit of a marketing lie / it's not very transparent), that's why I chose fungfeed a few years ago as my preferred brand - it was just that there was a big break and we needed it.

She appreciates Tomojo kibble less than the ones I used to buy for her that unfortunately are no longer available (only for dogs). Moreover, I also feed a hedgehog who also likes them less. Very good experience Okja loves Tomojo kibbles while she always turned her nose up at her other kibbles. A few mishaps with the delivery (once the delivery person never rang and left the package in a warehouse 30 minutes by car from our home) but overall the subscription works well.

We love it and so do our cats. The only downside is that the size of the kibble varies too much, some are huge and don't fit in our Pipolino and others are very small and come out too quickly, it's very complicated to find a balance for the dispenser's flow. The size really needs to be better calibrated.

Hello, regarding the service I am disappointed that: I changed my credit card, which I did on the site as soon as I received the new one. My account is on a subscription order and that's where everything starts, the new card is not recognized, message about the situation, I go to the site, my account/my payment methods, and nowhere on the site do I find the problematic situation of the unrecognized card, no possibility to validate the payment. I had to place an order (of course without the subscription order advantage!! the most frustrating part of the situation is that the next day I receive a message informing me that my (subscription) is validated I will therefore receive 2 packages of 12 kgs. Is this business??
