I ordered 2 samples of your kibble for my dog and my cat, unfortunately my dog cannot tolerate them, she vomits everything a while after... I tried 3 times mixing with her usual kibble and 3 times she vomited... As for my cat, she didn't touch it, and they are a bit too big for her small jaw... I would have loved for them to like it... It's been a few weeks since I received the kibbles. I have two 8-year-old spayed cats, one eats them and the other has difficulty adapting, so for now, I mix them with their usual kibbles. The quality seems quite correct, the kibbles are small and easy to eat (for my cats). They do have a strong smell, but I have already bought other commercial kibbles, labeled natural, that have the same smell, so it seems normal to me. I received them in a neutral package with a little apology note and a promo code since it wasn't the usual compostable packaging, good customer relationship. The delivery was super fast and done according to the rules of the art^^.
