My cat got used to the kibble after a month but when I opened the next package, she turned her nose up at them. The kibble no longer had the same appearance, so I am stuck. The concept is great, the follow-up and communication are great. It's a shame that production is not stable.

Thank you for your feedback Laurent. According to our veterinarian, it is important to differentiate between digestible carbohydrates (dietary fibers) and digestible carbohydrates (mainly starch). Digestible carbohydrates are essential at an approximate dose of 8 to 15% depending on age and diet. Regarding digestible carbohydrates, we are between 25% for our cat recipes and 27% for our dog recipes. These are perfectly reasonable doses to ensure a long life in good health. A too high carbohydrate content is harmful and a too low content can lead to serious health problems.

Moreover, we manufacture our kibbles here in Mayenne, which incurs a cost. We realize that our kibbles are more expensive than some other brands, which is why we have set up the subscription system (-25% on the first order and -10% on all subsequent orders) and the referral program (-25% on a non-subscription order) so that everyone can feed their furry friend with quality kibbles :)

I am extremely disappointed. My cat absolutely cannot tolerate these kibbles. At phase 1 of the transition, my cat was vomiting even though there were only very few of these new kibbles. Given the other reviews, I see that this is a recurring problem. I don't understand why nothing is being done to solve the problem.

We have made the decision to choose paper packaging (and not plastic) so that our entire process, from the production of kibbles to the moment you receive your package at home, works in favor of sustainable development. Regarding the packaging, this necessarily means that we take the risk of having issues, like the one you mentioned.
