Our 2 cats appreciated it, they seem to adapt well to it as a replacement for their previous low-protein kibble. I should continue with this quality based on insects.

Perfect kibble: Louna (18 months) loves them. Is 60g per day not excessive? I still have trouble establishing the frequency of my orders.

A bit expensive for what it is

The product is appealing but when you read the ingredients more closely, you realize that it contains a lot of peas which is not very recommended at least by my vet.

I never received my package. I haven't heard back from Tomojo since 27/12. 1* for this customer service and follow-up that leaves much to be desired.

My cat is moderately fond of them and tends to vomit them at night.

We are delighted with the cat kibbles, however I find that there is not enough information on the nutritional value, their manufacturing method, and their place of manufacture (maybe I searched poorly!)

Hello, I tested the fungfeed just before and they are a bit more protein-rich, but more expensive. Otherwise, it's very good: delivery on time, great for the environment, and my cat loves them.

I tried the kibbles from Tomojo and my cats really appreciated them. I alternate between two diets to change their taste. Good quality kibbles.

First test after 10 days: my sterilized cat has adopted it.... But he is gaining weight at a glance!!

My cats appreciate this kibble. I only regret not being able to close the package hermetically and find a bit too much 'powder' in the bowls.

The kibble is appetizing and my cats like it a lot. I appreciate that they are grain-free but I deeply regret that all the added ingredients (to the insects) including corn gluten and potato starch are not from organic farming!

My 8 cats, from a lifetime experience (61), are by nature beings that get bored quickly, and suddenly reject everything you choose for them! By the greatest chance, they will again appreciate your kibble and feast on the Flies! Then, when they come back from a good time outside, they will wait for me to open the magic pouch, pink or yellow...

I really like the concept of this kibble and its eco-responsible side. Unfortunately, my cat is allergic to it and there is no possibility of refund...

Good product. Too bad the package is over-packaged without a box in addition to the kibble package. However, there is still a lack of a senior range.

I am satisfied with the product and my cats and my dog too. The delivery is great. However, I am very disappointed not to have my 2 subscriptions on my PayPal. I am also a professional and it's very easy to do. So incomprehensible.

Top service but my chihuahuas are not attracted to the treats, used to more industrial things. However, they eat the kibble mixed with other foods and the cats appreciate the treats..

I gave four stars because unfortunately I was sent a bag of dog food when I wanted cat food. I live in England and Tomojo asked me to return the food to an address in France, which was an unwanted expense. But, despite this, I will buy the cat food again because my cats love it.

A total flop, my little cat didn't touch any kibble at all. Too bad!

Sorry, my cats vomit them even a little cat of 2 years who never vomits... I will change kibbles... I would have tried... I remind you that I have 9 of all ages... From 2 to 9 years... Mrs. Lucas...

The food is good and my cat enjoyed it. Sadly the customer service is severely lacking. I needed to cancel my subscription as my cat needed a veterinary diet. For a start the website defaults to French which isn't the easiest thing to get around. Secondly when I tried resetting my password multiple times via multiple devices I got stuck in a loop with the Recapcha picture tool. When I contacted customer support they simply referred me back to the website.

Very excited about the image and values of the brand, and convinced by the reviews of a trusted person, I am diving in and buying the product. Unfortunately, my cat had a severe reaction to the kibble, I had to take him urgently to the vet where he had to spend the night. Blood tests and the specialist's analysis showed that some of the ingredients in Tomojo's food were very harmful to our animals...

Good but too expensive for me. I can't afford to only give these kibbles to my cats.

Easy order on the site. Delivery in 3 days. Our dog is allergic to meat and fish and could not tolerate the hypoallergenic kibbles (including those from veterinarians). She jumped on these from the first day and has had no allergy issues since. For me, the only (slight) downside is the palatability: after the novelty wears off, our dog tends to snub them and only eats them when she is really very hungry!

I am very satisfied with the kibbles, they fit perfectly. Note: I did not give 5 stars because two of the bags ordered opened shortly after receiving them. I live in Switzerland and it is possible that they were somewhat mishandled during transport.

For now, my cat has adapted well and loves the mix of kibbles we offer him (old + new), we are considering switching to a subscription although the 7 kg format seems large to us and we are afraid that: 1/ the end of the kibble bag will no longer be accepted by the cat 2/ the proposed delivery frequency may be too high compared to our cat's consumption and that we have no choice but to switch to the more expensive 1.5 kg packs.

I made a transition over two weeks but the day my cat only had this kibble in her bowl, she just vomited it. Not very eager to try again.

Hello, From a taste perspective, my dog appreciates it, I tested several kibbles from different brands, and he went for the 'Tomojo' without hesitation. However, on your site, it is noted 'dog from 5kgs' so I contacted your company, and the person told me it was also suitable for dogs of lower weight. So why is this not specified on the site? My dog weighs just over two kilos, and despite my wish to subscribe, I won't be able to benefit from a reserved rate because my dog doesn't consume two kilos of kibble per month! The paper bag is very good for packaging and preserving the kibble, however, once it is opened, it becomes complicated to close it hermetically even with a clip. Here is my feedback, oh I almost forgot my dog also appreciates the treats. Have a nice day.

My cat is seriously ill after eating this kibble for two months. We had talked about this kibble to friends, who tried it for their own cat, and that one no longer eats, we warned them of our misadventure and they are going back in time and returning to their old kibble. I do not recommend anyone to experience this, we take our cat to the vet every day but his condition remains reserved.

Zoé has gotten used to the kibble but she prefers the pâté.

It's a first for my little one. He has food allergies so I wanted to test the insect-based kibble. At first, he wasn't thrilled, but over time he eats them without any problem. We'll see over time if this can calm his allergies. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Just one downside. Too bad there is no closure system for the package. I recommend Tomojo!!!!

Very nice box, the packaging is perfect but my cat didn't like it at all, but I find the concept very good.

Great kibbles that my dogs ?? eat but without being crazy about them. I always have to add fresh meat sauce to entice them.

My cat loves it and he decides. A significant effort must be made to ensure that the packaging is no longer plastic because it doesn't align with your eco-friendly principles for the planet.

I ordered from Tomojo paying an extra fee to get my order quickly. I was only informed several days later that the stock was depleted. Fortunately, I received a full refund of the shipping costs, which I found very honest. I would have appreciated being informed of the delay on the day of my order... My cats enjoyed their kibbles but I am worried about the carbohydrate content...

Update following Tomojo's response: "We have no problem with negative reviews, there are many on our trust pilot page and if we tried to find the author of your review..." You really have to search for those negative reviews... Moreover, you surprisingly do not do any research on positive reviews. "Regarding the -10% on 5-star reviews, we haven't done that since 2019," In July 2019 it was still current... "if we tried to find the author of your review it's simply because there was no order number associated." I'm not the one asking for an email to give a review after an order, so there is indeed a link. Here the reviews look a lot like those on Amazon, unlike Verified Reviews, which are much more serious. Just read the reviews, especially US ones, on Twitter..."Looks like they are deleting a lot of reviews too. Don't trust the Pilot." ------------------------ The balance and quality of the main macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins) are average but nothing more. Proteins only represent 28% and fats 15% while carbohydrates are at 41%, due to the use of potato starch, which is way too high for my taste. Potato starch has a high glycemic index and low nutritional density. The kibble also contains organic sunflower oil which has an unfavorable omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. There is also an "animal protein hydrolysate." This ingredient is controversial since its origin and therefore its quality are unknown. Also, the composition of the kibble shows a starch concentration estimated at 22%...??! I regret some marketing choices on the product packaging, with ingredients whose nutritional utility can be questioned like plant cocktails or the use of the word beet to refer to a by-product (beet pulp). In short, an interesting proposed alternative but which still requires many improvements. PS: Apparently the Tomojo team accepts praise for their product (see my first feedback) but does everything to delete my second review which they don't seem to appreciate. Quite pathetic as an attitude. ?? These ladies should learn to accept customer feedback. One better understands the number of positive reviews now... especially upon receiving this type of message, come on 5 stars and -10% on your next order. ?? Good initiative, too bad there is still animal fat for example, but the cats eat the kibble well and I would surely buy it again.
